B SIDE MOTEL

b.side motel in Bandon has 10 ground-floor rooms with private entrances and contactless keypad entry. Each room follows a different theme, including b.under the sea and the Dune room, with vinyl record collections and retro gaming consoles such as Atari and Sega. Room types include Queen Rooms and a King Room; Room 10 has a separate sitting area, and units come with a private bathroom, a refrigerator, a microwave, Hulu Live, and pour-over coffee from local roaster RayJens, with bidets in some bathrooms.

The property combines the motel with an RV park offering full hookups for rigs up to 32 feet. The grounds include a garden, a terrace, outdoor furniture, a picnic area, and a covered cannabis hut with games, chairs, and tables, plus a separate cigarette smoking hut. A BBQ hut provides one propane grill and two briquette grills, and the RV park has two bathrooms with showers and a laundry room.

Check-in is contactless: the motel texts the room number and door code on the day of arrival, and a 24-hour phone line handles questions from guests whose phones cannot receive texts. Parking is free and located directly outside each room, and the property includes a secure laundry room with washers and dryers that take quarters; washing costs $2 and drying costs $2. The motel has designated smoking areas and non-smoking rooms, and every room includes heating, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms.
