Franziska Haus is situated in the Dundee Hills wine country, 2 miles west of Newberg. The extensive grounds include views of vineyards, orchards, and the Chehalem Hills. Guests can easily access a variety of award-winning wineries and restaurants in the Willamette Valley.

The hotel offers four newly constructed King suites, each featuring private balconies and large soaking tubs. The expansive Franziska Suite spans 700 square feet and occupies the entire third floor, providing panoramic views.
