“My stay at Quality Inn Madras revealed a team that truly understands hospitality; Heather, in particular, went the extra mile, making an unexpected night feel safe and unexpectedly pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like ample lighting and a sitting area, all offered at a rate that feels genuinely good for what you receive. It's a place where the staff's kindness, like an impromptu parking space for a trailer, leaves a lasting impression, making it a solid choice when passing through.”
