Each of the six townhouse-style condos offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace and sofa bed. A viewing alcove and private balcony provide ocean views, while the master bathroom includes a 2-person spa bath. Private beach access via well-lit pathways is available from the property.

Barbecue facilities and a crab cooker are available on-site for guest use. The garden includes a playground, a dog park, and a fire pit for nightly bonfires. Complimentary S'mores kits are provided, and the large communal deck has outdoor furniture and a picnic area.

Pet bowls, blankets, and towels are provided for each stay. A designated dog park and separate walking paths are available on the grounds. The staff offers pet-friendly recommendations for dining and activities in the area.

Board games, puzzles, and DVDs can be borrowed from the lobby. A nightly bonfire is lit at the fire pit, with complimentary S'mores ingredients supplied in the room. Outdoor games such as cornhole and lawn games are set up on the garden lawn.

The condos are a 2-minute drive from Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area and its historic lighthouse. Downtown Newport dining and shopping choices are 5 minutes away by car. The Oregon Coast Aquarium and Devils Punch Bowl State Natural Area are also within a short drive.
